Found the problem, please ignore/lock

I recently overclocked my 4670K to 4.2 GHz, but my scores in Cinebench and Passmark are basically the same as a stock 4670. Any idea what I may have done wrong? Is there some other clock that I needed to change along with it?

I should note that taskmanager is showing that it's overclocked under load, but it's hitting 4.15Ghz in there for some odd reason...

EDIT: It looks like background processes were part of the issue
