Found Tape in my food, who do I sue!?

Well all I will try to talk this out without throwing up, it is disgusting.

I got taco bell the other night and bit into a burrito and found a large piece of wadded up tape. I was disgusted, and I lost my appitite. I dont think I can ever go back. I want to became rich off this, who do I sue. 🙂

Joking of course
 
Once we were at some pasta resturant and there was a pushpin in my bro's water..lol...he told them and all they did was get us another water!?
 
Definately complain to the management. At least complain at their website, you might get a free dinner out of it!
 
You complain to anyone and everyone within earshot of you. Just start yelling and coughing and gagging. I'm sure you will find out who the person in chare is really quick.
 
Last year I was at a buffet resturant for lunch with my boss. I was eating some beef stroganoff and bit into a piece of glass. I complained to the manager, and he tried to blow it off... then I pointed across the room at my boss and said that he was my lawyer. Our money was quickly refunded and they fell all over themselves apologizing.

I never went back there again.
 
To tell you the truth, I am not suprised at all. For the cheap prices they are charging and mix that with the fact they are a fast food chain, you can't expect quality food. I mean they probably buy everything at the lowest grade....including the workers.

That's why I stopped or tried avoiding fast food places since high school.

A long time ago, my friend used to work at a McDonalds and he told me that:

1. There were cockroaches all over the kitchen and nobody cared, including the manager
2. Worse, he was responsible for cooking and flipping meat patties. WEll on one busy afternoon, he was cooking alot of patties at once and a cockroach fell onto one of the patties. But before he could try to get it out, the cockroach had shrivled up due to the intense cooking heat and he couldn't tell where it went.

So what did he do after that? Well when the manager kept yelling for more cooked meat.... he gave it to him, lol.

Yes, that's the type of people that work there, lol. Can't expect much from teenagers.

 
tape isn't so bad, some bodily part/excretion would be nasty, but at least tape isn't organic

Once I sent out a salad that had a bit of cardboard punch-out from the salad greens box.. must have plopped into the inner plastic bag at some point. I felt real bad but we comped the meal for that person.
 
I got a bag of jerky one time and there was a large piece of metal in a piece of jerky, i called the company about it and they asked me to send it to them and in return i recieved lots of jerky... mmmmm jerky.

Chef for making it
Person that handed you the food for not inspecting it 😉
Manager for not watching over chefs
Owner for hiring crappy manager
Taco Bell Company for selling part of chain to the owner
Tape manufacturer for not putting "do not put in food" label 😀
