Just to share some information with you, I found something relatively healthy to eat at McDonalds:

The Chicken McGrill sandwhich, which is skinless chicken breast, lettuce, tomato (hold the mayo) = 7 grams of fat (most of their sandwhiches have fat grams in the 20's and 30s).

For a side, you can have the Garden Salad -- If you're like me and hate salad, then you're out of luck.

I make it a point to eat the fattiest possible foods I can, and I bet they're still healthier than what they serve at Mickey D's. You're talking to a guy who dips snickers bars in mayonaise.

EDIT: I'm 6'1" and weigh 165, so I'm not fat.

McDonald's and Burger King's attempts to produce a somewhat more healthy menu item have all been miserable failures so far.... the chicken whopper is horrible, the veggieburger tastes awful... I can only imagine this sandwich tastes crappy too. They don't seem to put nearly the effort into it as they do on the other menu items...

I usually don't much care for Burger king but their chicken whopper just blows away McDonald's chicken mcgrill.
I think tomorrow I'll go down to their drive through, cluck like a chicken and get my 50 cents off a chicken whopper.

Cluck Cluck Cluck. :)

I agree, this is the way to go. I try to avoid fast food as much as possible but there are times when it is unavoidable. When that happens this is the sandwich I always go with--hold the mayo of course or it's not worth it. It's really not that bad for you and it tastes decent as well.

I should be so lucky, man! here in Phoenix, maybe half of all mcdonalds employees speak english, so getting a correct order is like a dream come true. It would be like hitting the lottery if I actually got something for free. Its rare to come out with the same amount of items as you ordered...

The grilled tuna sandwich from Portillo's (of which I think there are only 8...locted in IL) will blow away any McD or BK low fat competitior...

50mg of cholesterol?! Goddamn, how can a chicken sandwitch have so much cholesterol? No seriously, i wanna know. At Mr. Sub, a grilled chicken sandwitch that has at least twice more chicken only has about 15mg.

heh well you can tell that almost by just looking at it:) its real meat, not mystery ground chicken organ meat stuff like the "mc chicken". organ meat= high in cholesterol. so just because its chicken doesn't mean its healthy:) same with nuggets.

yea i order the mcgrill too, its the only decent think on the menu.

My friend's cousin's uncle's ex-girlfriend (once removed) told me that they use mutant chickens with no heads, no wings and no legs.
