Found some old networking equipment

So here is what I found:

ACSVS Microstack Hub: Part Number 98499-1
Black Box Stackable Minihub: Model LE2801A
CentreCOM 210T Twisted Pair Transceiver
CentreCOM 210TS Twisted Pair Transceiver

What should I do with this stuff? Ebay doesn't seem too promising, so I was wondering what you guys in networking think I should do/create.

Thanks!

ouch, thats a bummer, but I had a feeling that would be the answer. Really wanted to believe there would be something nifty to do with it.

The transceivers can be sold on Ebay as they let you upgrade Cisco 2500 routers with AUI ports so that you can use them as RJ45 ports. They go for $5-10 each. Of course there's a lot of them out there, so you might not get a sale.

CCNA students love the 2500's, so there's still some demand for the transceivers.

You can use the hubs, if you are very much not picky, for ordinary networking purposes(they'll support decent surfing speeds); but they are more or less worthless on the open market, given how cheap switches have gotten. You might as well keep them around, if you have any chance of needing more ports at some point; but don't hesitate to toss them if you don't have the space.

Old network gear also makes good etherkiller fodder. http://www.fiftythree.org/etherkiller/
