found out my 1.8 cant run on a 133fsb the hard way

hehe thought id bump it up to 133

but my p4 didnt like that t took me over a hour to finally get to boot back up.

would have been nice for gigabyte to make jumpers to short the cmos . instead of small drops on the pcb
