I've had a Nomad for probably a decade now. I've used it enough, but never enough to put much wear on it. And to think, if I wanted, I could sell it for more than I got it (+ 3 games, battery pack, AC adapter) for. I've probably even still got the original packaging packed away, lol.

I'm not sure I agree with the comment that it's better designed than Nintendo handhelds, though. The thing definitely is bulky.

You should, I'm buying it cause of SEGA nostalgia.

With a post like that, you should never be allowed to post in any game-oriented thread again. Seriously, what kind of gamer are you that calls shens on the Sega Nomad?

If anyone is looking for a parts Nomad, I have one with a smashed LCD I'd be willing to part with cheap.

Hmm, AC adapter FTW. I'll let you know once I have this one in my hands (sometime tomorrow).

It's just the Nomad though, no cables or battery pack. The LCD is the only thing that doesn't work on it. The casing isn't in the greatest of shape, scuffs and marks on the front and back. For spare internal electronics, it fits the bill. :)

Still have my Nomad and spare battery pack still new in the box. It's sitting next to the Virtual Boy in my game closet shelf. Picked all of it up during clearance at ToyRUS years back.

I used to have an Atari Lynx. That thing was the shyt. I loved the Surfing on California Games. Sold it on AT I think after it had sat for a while.
