a few yrs ago my my blood test showed my cholestrerol at 250, which is higher than the 200max recommended.
doc says do plenty of Aerobic exercise.
so I hit the gym 3x/week: Aerobic, weights, Aerobic
Aerobic = 30min elipical HIIT (20sec full speed, 40 sec cruise)
got cholesterol to slightly below 200.
then got lazy and went to the gym 2x week: one day Aerobic, one day weights
cholesterol stayed slightly below 200.
well in 2013, decided to go 2x/week just weights.
ugg.. just got my tests back. cholesterol at 240.
back to 3x/week schedule
