Is there a way to make the scanner for the CX3200 to be more accurate or better in anyway? I cannot find how to increase or decrease the resolution anything. I looked through the whole help thing and it gives me nothing. I don't even think I can adjust these settings.
Here is one of my woes, those Officemax receipts that I get from online/phone orders are on those yellow/pink slips. The printing isn't that great on those so the scanner can barely scan those receipts. All that the scanner scans is little dots everywhere, you can't even deceipher one number or letter out of those dots. My HP scanjet is the complete opposite of this cx3200 scanner when it comes to these officemax receipts. It scans the receipt and some of the times I would even see the yellow or pink, most of the times it is just black and white. The text is very readable on the HP scanjet unlike the cx3200.
I FOUND THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS. It was sort of tricky b/c it doesn't tell you have to do this in the manual.
