The word chicken, not different than fish implies that there might be bone or bone like hard things inside. That is common knowledge. Should you find a bone in a McFish? Which I have on a rare occasion, not really a big deal. Is it possible to really always remove all the possible bones from a fish or chicken? Not always. Does McDonalds or any other restaurant really need to warn you that you might find a bone in the chicken? Nope.

The DQP with cheese fries and a coke is like 1400 calories alone. I don't think the 99c mcchicken appetizer is really necessary.
