found answer: vs.net 2003: didn't install iostream.h

I just installed vs.net 2003, but when I do a search for iostream.h, it's nowhere to be found on any of my drives

edit: vs.net 2003 doesn't allow you to call iostream.h anymore because apparently that's not completely valid with current standards
