Found an Ipod Touch 16gb on Craigslist

Found one new in box sealed for 325......sounds like a really sweet deal. Kind of scared to get jumped when I meet the guy later by a Macaroni grill. Would it be rude to open it and everything in front of him so I don't get ultra scammed? Also, anyone know any fighting moves I can use in case the deal goes south =)?

alright, picked it up last night with a friend and opened it before i bought it. thank god it was legit. I moved from a 30gb 5g to only 16gb but still love this damn thing. The only annoying this is you have to unlock it every time you want to adjust the volume or switch albums/songs. Thank god for play lists and shuffle.
