Found a seller who would sell a 1080 Ti for $384

This is just a question for the more experienced people in this, as I’m still new to this, but do you think this is redacted or not? It would be brand new, still in the box. I know it retails for $700+ so I’m very much questioning if the guy is just an idiot or something. What do you think?

Since my first post on this got locked because of foul language (sorry dude, won’t haooen again), and I’m still wondering, I figured I’ll try again:

I was browsing the inter-webs when I came upon this. I’m not experienced in this, so I’m asking what the more experienced people think, is this too good to be true or should I go for it?
