Found a passport, how do I return it

Friggin hell, hit enter before posting.


Anyway, I found someones passport, called Passport Canada but they require you to return it and the poerson needs to get a new one, which is a major PITA, so I'm trying to find out how to just give it back. Problem is, I can't find a match in Canada411.ca, the closest ones I called but no dice. Can anyone assist me in finding the persons phone number or email or something?

I lost mine once and it was returned this was, so I feel obliged to do the same.

SOS? I tried calling everyone with the same name in the phone book to no avail. I might just post a flyer outside where it was found. Any other help would be appreciated.

Oh, nevermind, you're Canadian. SoS = Secretary of State. I'm not sure of the Canadian equivalent to that.
