Found a pager...

So i'm walking into work this morning and happen to spot pager/beeper on the sidewalk. I'd like to return it to whoever lost it but there's no numbers stored in it as far as i can tell. Anyone know if there's a way i can figure out who's it is and contact them?

Any carrier info on it? You could return it there, and when the user calls up to say he lost it, they'll know where it is.

whoever it is will page it... and you'll get in contact with them. you can hang onto it for a day or two... especially since this will be someone from your workplace.

I think sending it back to the carrier is a lot more trouble for you and the owner.

There's no carrier info on it just the word apollo and a serial number. I've never used one of these before I'm assuming it'll beep/shake or something when it's beeped and a number will appear on it. I'll see if someone beeps it and go from there.

When I lost my cell phone....some guy found it and started making numerous phone calls to kansas. After about 2 hours worth of calls, he called my home and told my mom that he found the phone in a bar. Thanks to him, my mom thinks I go to a bar every weekend to get drunk......What an A$$.

How was he not being an a$$ after making 2 hours worth of calls to Kansas on my cell phone after finding it in a cab where I lost it on my way back from the movies? I live in MA as does my mom and I don't really drink at all.
