Found a new way to get A$$HOLES to stop tailgating me

What really got me pissed was when I was going 15 above and a guy still had the nerve to go around me. (60 in a 45!)

The Italians know how to stay out of the fast lane unless they are passing too. They get really pissed when somebody makes them pass on the right. When they get back into the passing lane, they usually do it with a fast jerking motion about 4 inches off the offending vehicle's front bumper.

I wish you asshats would listen to yourselves. You acknowledge the fact the roads you drive on the majority drive fast but since you have been annointed King of the Road you feel the need to agitate others and drive slow. Is it that hard to back of your anti-speeding crusade? Or not acting like an dickhead impossible for some?

I pay taxes for highways and have the right to drive in the lane "lawfully". If I'm going around someone and am at or above speed limit, get the fvck off my ass. The tailgaters are the ones breaking the law. They need their asses broke! :|

Another more important set of words "flow of traffic". It is as dangerous to drive faster as it is slower than the flow of traffic. Many states are writting laws (or enforcing already written laws) on flow of traffic, especially in the "passing lane".

The left lane is a passing lane and shouldn't be used to speed ridiculously or coast. Driving the speed limit is safe most of the time. I mean unless everyone around you in front and behind is going 10-25 miles faster than you, there is no reason not to go the speed limit. "Flow of traffic" is true, but for the most part, the flow of traffic will remain near the speed limit. I rarely speed anymore, and if I do I rarely go over 5-10 miles over.

OK, think about this. If you are doing 10+ and others are doing 1-5 under (remember +1 is technically speeding so they should be driving a tad slower than the limit) that's up to a 15mph difference. That's over 20% difference with a 60 mph speed limit. Add in the "extra cautious" drivers doing under 55, and the faster ones doing over 10+.

Here in Kahleeforneeya, you CAN get a ticket for impeding the flow of traffic for driving at or just below the speed limit in the passing lane. It doesn't happen a lot, but it does happen. It's up to the discretion of the cop...and of course, the judge if you take it to court.

say an accident happens due to your gross negligence in cleaning the back of your truck and say the police are eyewitnesses to the accident and the cause...your rear is toast! truthfully!
 
Plus, they can file an insurance claim against you for "sandblasting" their windshield. All then need is to prove you had sand in your pick-up, and they win, tailgating or not.
 
Just because someone does something you don't like, even if it is illegal doesn't give you the right to do whatever you like. What you are doing is dangerous and you could cause a senseless accident that could end costing a mother or child their life. If someone is tailgating you, pull over and let them go bye or drive a little faster. If you want to give people driving lessons, quit your job, put a sticker on your car and start teaching people how to drive, but for you to what your doing is a damn joke. Its moronic actually. What are you going to say if you dump something out and cause soemone to swerve and hit someone possibly killing them? I would rather have a tailgater on the road, then someone like you doing dumb stuff like this, idiot. :disgust:
