You could probably make good money as a theme B&B. People pay cash to sleep overnight in jail cells, better yet if they are creepy like that and you create a horrifying story of torture and hauntings.

True story, dude I know bought his first house in the early 90s. May have been an Estate Sale I am not sure.
In the basement was a full dungeon. Stockade (Pilloroy @zinfamous), shackles and chains attached to a concrete block in the foundation floor, metal rings attached to the basement wall, authentic looking rounded dungeon door with a peep hole to look outside and some sort of faux electric fire pit that looked sort of cheap.
He said when they went to look at the house no warnings were given about the basement. They just walked down the stairs and it was there.
