I've been going gray since around the time I turned 20. A fair portion of my facial hair is gray, and I've got probably, I don't know, 15 easily visible gray hairs on my head. Elsewhere.....I can't say I've checked that closely.

I'm not going gray, but I am losing my hair. I'll be a chrome dome before I turn 30 for certain.

There are a few people I work with who are in the early twenties who are a lot of gray hair though.
