Found a DVI to component video cable and wondering if I dare use it.

I have a DVI cable that breaks out to component RCA jacks. My video card needs to support sync on green to connect and I'm wondering if anyone knows what video cards support this feature. I have a 27in Trinitron Vega CRT TV I'm thinking of hooking this up to.

The Radeon 9xxx series supported their own DVI to Component adapters. I'm not sure if you're going to find that feature on other cards.

Err, what card you have? Or do you not have one and intend to buy one? If so then just get one with component output since they are commonplace and cheap and thus avoid the potential adapter hassle altogether.
