I have a 7 - 9 acre field that needs to be fenced in. If I ran the fence the easy way, it would be 7 acres. But if I ran the fence and made some corners, it would be 9 acres.

I wonder if I could foster some illegals, get paid, use them to build the fence?

This could be a win-win situation. I get my fence built, illegals get a place to stay, we get food stamps, subsidized transportation to town and back, and an allowance.

There are a bunch of sweet gum trees growing near where the fence row is going. If one of the workers,,,, I mean foster kids hurt themselves, they would be getting free health care.

According to google earth it is a little over 2,300 feet of brush that needs to be cleared and fence ran.

It isn't bullshit but it is spun up a bit. This isn't anything new and to be fair you need to adopt a kid with very special needs or disability to receive anywhere near the full $6k potential.

I'm not saying I agree with the practice. It seems far cheaper to secure the border.
