FOSS Authenticator App?

Does anyone know of a FOSS authenticator app like the one blizzard uses? I'd like to learn more about how to program one.

I guess that's a commentary, but I don't see how it's supposed to help the OP. Aren't those applications based on SMS? At the very least, you could do something like keep a mobile phone of record on the account, and when someone tries to change something sensitive text the handset and request a security code in reply. Shouldn't be that hard to set up.

There are SMS and dial in authenticators, but I'm speak of the RSA type seeded number very 15 secs type.
