FOSA 340S2 BIOS problem

I got an old notebook from my roomate.
It's a FOSA 340S2, it has a P3 700 CPU, 100FBS.
But after I updated the BIOS, it underclock the CPU to 466MHz and 66FBS,
is there a way to fix it?

P.S. I don't have the original BIOS anymore.
If someone has it, could you kindly post it out?
