Forward Mail and Preserve From Tag

Hi all. I am currently forwarding my e-mail from a Microsoft Outlook Exchange account to another e-mail account. Unfortunately when my mail gets forwarded, the "From" field is not preserved. In my destination account, it looks like all my mail is from my exchange account, instead of from the person that actually sent the email. Does anyone know how to forward e-mail and preserve these tags?

For example I want account@exchange.com to forward mail to account@newaccount.com, but all the mail in account@newaccount.com looks like its from account@exchange.com instead of from the original sender. Hopefully that makes sense, and thanks in advance.
