Forward internet through dial-up modem?

Lets say I don't have internet at home. But I have a dial-up modem. Is it possible to dial another computer that has a modem and broadband, and have that computer forward the internet to me? (like a proxy)

Yes, if the Host computer has DialUp Modem connected to a tel. line and set to recieve a call, and a functional RAS server installed.

The tel. expenses on such setup end up more expensive than a cheap DialUp Internet service.

Cool.

How would I set up the serving PC to receive a call? And where can I get a RAS server?

Thanks 🙂

I used HyperTerminal to chat with someone on the computer with only a modem. There must be a way to forward the internet to them. I'm just not sure how.
