Since part of my complaint involves anonymous moderators and unless something has changed recently with Mr. Derek taking a long vacation from having anything to do with the forum, I?ll type this response here (which is in accordance with the rules) while I attempt to identify a contact address for Anand.

The "threat" was in response to your violation of the rules. You were told to knock off the thread crapping.

As one whom carries the rules banners, that one was a slip of that particular forum; however if it?s going to be enforced feel free to do so to all members doing so as my reply was along the same as others in the topic.

Now as far as your pompous attitude, I am getting tired of it. I don't see your membership here as beneficial to the forums.

I could say the same, and if the person whom was supposedly operating this forum did resume those responsibilities I?m sure he would be able to read both sides of the notes sent to him and make a decision.

Since the FCC prohibits any profane language during certain broadcast hour and has shown a propensity to fine for such things, if you?re referring to something said during a live broadcast during those hours as such I would have to disagree.

Telling Derek that you got an unsigned PM from the Moderator account warning you about thread crapping will get you as far as it did when you whined about me.

Actually, according to the rules if god forbid they were ever followed by both sides, since a large portion of my complaint is against your responses to members including myself, the rules state that you will have no moderating action over the member in regards to the disagreement and it will be taken up by a third party. Since your status is listed as a Senior Moderator, I have no doubt that a thorough amount of collusion would exist which again goes to the point raised over the last several months of the third party management agency of these forums.
