I need to implement a message board. Can I get some recommendations? I am looking at PHPBB or Fusetalk (like this forum)

it's still not. i'm using phpbb. it's very easy. i like. however, i don't have time to do stuff so it kinda sucks right now. but it's working. very easy and very good. lots of hacks and mods too.
