Forum upgrade on Saturday.

On saturday at approx 10:00 AM EDT, we'll be shutting down the forums for an upgrade. We will be upgrading the forums to the .NET version of FuseTalk. The upgrade will probably take a few hours, expect it to return in the afternoon sometime or maybe early evening.

I saw this in Forum Issues and since I know most of us don't leave here I thought I would post it here.
 
Well, as a Java man I'm thoroughly disgusted of course (it's obligatory 😛) but as long as it works I'll be happy.
Thanks Freewolf, I venture out here and there but I wouldn't have seen this.
 
Guess I'd better find something to get me out of the house for most of the day Saturday (notice what I'm implying about how long I think it will take them to get the job done), or I'll have a hard time with forum withdrawl syndrome. 😉

board has seemed to be much more stable for me over the past few months (other than a period a few weeks ago) but overall its been much better...

ps-jrun blows! we run it here at work and its got a massive memory leak with server 2003 that causes it to puke daily!

A Saterday without the TA Forums, can't seem to remember what that's like...I have no idea what else there is to do on Saterdays...😀 except of course...:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer: Oh well, looks like I'll make it!
 
Sounds like fun times. Maybe they will bring back the quick pull down menu and remove the crazy logo junk at the top.... I know, I know, I am dreaming but hey why can't I dream?

Honestly in Afrikaans, the language I'm actually speaking it's Saterdag, so I got a little mixed upppppp. 😉 Beware OD, I'm gonna have my spelling checker on when reading your threads from now on...😀
