forum time/profile time - the forum time isn't correcting 8hrs over to my time

Isn't AT supposed to correct the same time offset that I am (-8hrs pacific) to show my time? Like, when I post something, go back and look at the post, the time is way off...

Strangely enough, it's been working properly for the past two days. 😕 And I had both set for -8.00 hours before and didn't make any changes.
