Forum Thread format - mobile vs. desktop

Would it be possible to change the thread formatting to be consistent across mobile and desktop versions? Maybe it's because I don't have the latest and greatest phone (LG G5), but here's how it looks mobile vs. desktop

Mobile format is:
Thread Name
Most Recent Poster | Most Recent Post

But desktop format is:
Thread Name
Most Recent Post | Most Recent Poster

It makes it awkward transitioning between the two.
