Forum Search is weak

Am I missing something?

Most of the forums I use have options to search their forums. These option include the
ability to search the titles and search the contents. They even provide options to look for
all the thread I have posted in in the last <insert days here>.

The Anandtech forum seems to limited me to only searching the title of the tread. This is almost
useless. If I post in a thread and want to later return to that thread, I need the ability
to search the content. I will not remember what the title was. This is very true of the For Sale
forum where folks have titles like: "Lots of stuff for sale". There is simply no key word in
the title to help me find this thread again.

I need the option to either search the content or to list the threads I have recently posted in
(or better yet, both).

Does anyone else think this is a issue? OR has someone found a way around this issue?

Exactly. The full text search for subscribers is great.

put your name in the author field and leave the search field blank, select which forums you want to search in and it'll bring back all the threads you've posted in.
