I wonder why when registering in the forum the Province/State field has only the USA States, why there is not an option like "Other" or "N/A", after all not everyone is from the United States?

In my profile it displays:
Province/State: Alabama
Country: Bulgaria

Which is not quite correct (the state), can you do please fix this?
