A term used on AT (and the AT satellite forums) that is used mainly to distinguish the regulars from the new people. 😛

It started a long time ago when a user called "nef" posted a few hundred times with only the word "testing" in each post. The user is now gone but his name is still used to refer to anyone who appears to be posting for the sake of postcount. Largely it's used in fun.

EDIT: There are a few alternate spellings of "nef" as well. "neff" and "neph" are the more widely used.

Someone once posted a nef thread with a poll asking which would win in a fight between the two, Bruce Lee or Coke. I believe that it was a parody of another thread asking who would win between Bruce Lee and another celebrity whose name I don't recall.

IIRC (If I Recall Correctly), the final decision was that either the spork or the Nissan Maxima would win.
