Forum program for my website....

I'm looking to start a website and have a forum on it and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a good program.

I'm like the program (Fusetalk) that AT uses, but I was curious if anyone knew of some other ones out there that they liked as well. Looking for something around $100 or so (maybe less!).

PHPBB = free
Invision Board = was free, now $$$.
AT uses Fusetalk = $$$

Vbullettin = best forum software IMO, most mods/hacks available, should cost around $150 for a license though.
