Forum outages?

Is it just me, or has there been alot of short outages lately?
I've been getting alot of refused connections during the last 2-3 weeks or so, rarely lasting for more than a minute or two, and it's not network outages on my end, seeing as the connections are actively refused by the server.

Just curious if anyone else has noticed this?
 
No, there havent been any outages actually, could just be network issues either at the noc or between you and the noc. Has nothing to do with the forums or anandtech.
