Whenever I go into a forum i have to refresh the web page for it to be current. If i dont refresh than it will be the same page from the last time i visited. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to fix it where it will be current without refreshing.
 
Try this:

For IE if you are using it.

Tools..... Internt Options.... (In Temporary Internet Files block click on) Settings.

In the block:
Check for Newer Versions of Storage Page.... bubble in Every Visit To the Page.
