Forum Issues (The whole reason for this thread, right?)

For the last month or more, there's been a slight error in the way my forums page has been loading, regardless of where I view it from. The AnandTech picture (the one with the computer in it) looks like a .gif that doesn't load completely. It looks like it was made in 16-color mode and it's very pixellated.

More importantly (and annoyingly), the text next to the new massages picture (the lock) is white, and the text next to the chart pic - "view forum polls" - is white as well. This can't be a problem in my side because it's like that wherever I view the forums from, so what's the deal?

Thanks for any help.

Hmmm, it's a problem on your end, but I have no idea what it is ;) I don't have that problem.

That should do it..
^-- he has the correct solution; this happened to me, and that's how I fixed it. :)

It's in the cookies! No matter where I log on to AT from it looks the same (for the most part)

Yeah, that fixed it. Thanks. Could you please set that as the default? I think it would be best for the forums in general.

Just my opinion, since dark causes problems.

Well...I use a dark background, so the dark setting works for me... :)

Maybe that item should just be moved up beside the background color setting. It is kind of separated, put down there with the settings regarding post and thread views rather than with the other color scheme settings.
