Forum changing casing?

I created a post containing "23 C = 73.4 F" and the forum lowercased the C and the F. I'll do a post below this one to demonstrate (I'm going to copy the quoted text to the left).

Any idea why that is happening?

There is rule in place to restrict all caps posts. If you put in another word it would be fine.

It's so you can't just post "OMG CAPS". I'm surprised you are just learning of this as it has come up many times in OT.

Oh yeah. I didn't really think about the all caps rule since there were numbers. Make sense.
