At the bottom of every thread there is a ton of blank space. I often scroll down to the very bottem and work up from there... but half the window is filled w/ whitespace. It is just kind of annoying and probably would be easy to fix.

If it matters i am a subscriber (thus there are not ads down there) and i am running IE 6.0 sp1

Thanks
Josh

Are you referring to the quick-reply box being docked there? Or have you disabled some function that the quick reply box relies on so you end up with just blank space?

Thanks man well at least i have something taking up the space now, but before it was just blank then i put up the quick reply and it takes up the space... but there is a flaw b/c if you don't have the quick reply box docked the space is still there, just blank...

Edit: to see this yourself, just hit the undock button on the quick reply...

Nope undocked here removes the quick reply docked no space. Any more information to replicate is welcomed

Quick Reply box? Undock button? I think I'm missing something here...
Anyway, I've just got white space at the bottom of the page (hadn't noticed it until you mentioned it, SocrPlyr). I haven't changed any settings or disabled anything since Fusetalk 4 was installed. Also using IE 6, with the latest updates and all from Windowsupdate.

When I undock the Quick Reply there is not left over space. Can you provide us with a screen shot?

ok i can give you a screen shot, but i figured out how to fix it myself, it wasn't a big deal... however, if you undock it and move it down it will create whitespace at the bottom and if you move it down some moreit will create more whitespace, now if you close it, the whitespace will still be there... however, if you just move the box up over top of the other posts and close it the space isn't there. if the box is docked the space isn't there. Now what threw me off was that didn't even know there was the quick reply and it had the undocked closed, but where it was set to be was below the other posts... this was the default setting for me, without ever seeing the quick reply box...

if you need more let me know...

Browser information for those that see this? I don't see this anywhere with ie6, undocked the thread listing looks perfectly normal, docked the quick reply is docked at the bototm of the page.

it only occurs when the quick reply is closed (but the ammount of space at the bottom is the same as if it was undocked and visible)
my browser is the most up to date version availilble from MS w/ all updates installed

1. undock the quick reply
2. drag it down really really far to the bottom of the page, so it makes the page longer
3. close the quick reply

It looks like that ever time i open up the site...

Josh

edit:
closing the browser and reopening brings it back to the picture found here
http://gabmasterjcc/downloads/whitespace.png
also i can get rid of the space by moving the box up, but the next time the site opens it is back...
