We have a major problem with ALL of your email addresses. For some reason, all of our email to @home.com addresses is being returned with the error message:

Reason: <user-name@home.com>... Relaying denied

This includes both subscription updates and new registrations. It means:

New members will not receive their passwords.

Present members will not receive their subscription updates.

We need you to do the following:

If you have subscribed to any threads, please cancel those subscriptions, immediately. The returns are flooding our mailbox.

Both current members and new subscribers, please contact your Customer Service Representative as soon as possible, and ask them to unblock our mail.

Has this just started happening---like in the last week or so? Reason I ask is that I know @home has been working on the mail servers---which puts the servers up and down seemingly on a random basis. They are doing a much needed overhaul--as many @home users have been receiving mail 18 to 36 hours after it's been sent.

@Home mail servers have been sh!t for several months, is anyone surprised? In my area there are contant problems, and half the time you calll suport they mention mail service in the on hold recordings...

Don't forget good old MediaOne (converting to @home, 2 weeks now of intermittant or lost email.)
