Could somebody please send a memo to heaven and ask em what they're waiting for? lol, it's been like 3 degrees here

Forget success for now...I'll settle for a little warmth & sunshine. It's freezing here.

Actually they are referring to ANY winter. That way they are pretty much guarunteed to be right.

I get fortunes like:

"One day in your lifetime, something good will happen to you."

Ill have to post this in the simpsons quote forum after...

"You will find hapiness with a new love"

Backroom- "Hey were out of the new love fortunes"
"Open up the 'stick with your wife' barrel"

The best and most entertaining way to read a fortune cookie is to add the the words "In bed" to whatever fortune you get.My friends and I do this from time to time and some of em are pretty amusing:)

Have a fortune cookie right here. The fortune, with the addendum, reads as "A good position and a comfortable salary will be yours... in bed."

Yeah, there's nothing like getting in my Korean-made American car, driving down to the local Chinese restaurant that's owned by Vietnamese, and eating a Chinese fortune cookie, made in New York....

;)

Man, I love Chinese food (or whatever food it is that they serve at those restaurants).

One time I went to a pizza place that was owned and run by chinese people. Weirdest pizza I have ever had, but not bad.

I'm from cajun country, and I saw the funniest thing at a mall about 60 miles north of NYC. It was a middle eastern couple running a cajun restaurant. They weren't from the south, and you could tell by their dishes.

i have seen mexican running pizza places, Indian running pizza places as well. it's not difficult, just learn from the previous owners before buying the shop, that's all they do. pizza itself isn't hard to make, just the whole dough making process from the ingredients stage and then stretching dough is a skill, but I've seen them do it slowly, so they surely weren't masters in spinning dough, but it's a living. i've seen spanish in a Japanese food place, but then it's just a chainstore so it's sorta FastFood Japanese.

Yeah I went to a japanese grill place (like benihanas) last year in South Carolina. I heard the manager call the chef Pablo. And he wasn't very good with the knives and tricks that they usually do either. Then he threw some flaming grease at me. :(
