i just bought one of these last week and arrived today to replace a shoddy 550W realpowerpc psu that failed on an extemely loaded athlon XP system... just curious since i spent quite a penny for this psu... if it would be able to handle a future sli setup like:

high end dual core m2 athlon 64 or like fx-59ish
2 gigs of ddr2 ram
sli board
2 x lets say nvidia G70s? (if not then 2 6800U's)
a few hard drives
a couple opticals
~4-6 case fans
couple PCI or -ex cards
couple cold cathodes

i know it isn't on the certified sli list, but would this push it to or over the limit?

Fortron is a great PSU brand, the true blue also has two seperate 12v lines, should be a good choice.

Sorry, but we can't very accurately guess power requirements in the future.

However, that PSU WILL power even the highest end desktop systems out there today.

Can't beat Forton/Sparkle, one of the most overlooked brands.

Should be ok, but 2x6800U pull a LOT of power.
