Heard of them and seen them, they pretty much use nVidia's refernce design. Their products are fairly generic.
It'll probably be pretty much a basic GF3... as long as you don't have especially high expectations in terms of overclocking/2D quality, long term reliability it will work fine for most people.
BTW, they do have a webpage on the net somewhere though I can't recall the URL. If I recall correctly it was just a fairly basic listing of their products and a link to nVidia for drivers.
