Forrest is awesome, at his best he's a tough fight for anyone. The Silva fight definitely didn't go well for him, but he went in with totally the wrong battle plan. After the AS fight he came out to his next fight with the intro music "I get knocked down, but I get up again" He's funny and honest and seems like he'd be a cool ass dude to chill and have a beer with.
