Forms, Online Job Applications: Ways to build one?

We are looking for a pretty simple way to build an "online application system" so that people can apply for jobs online. I am using Dreamweaver. What is the best way to to tie a webpage to a database???

We will be using IIS on Windows Server 2003.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but if you're asking questions like that, you probably need a developer.

If your idea is relatively simple and won't require further maintenance/enhancement after the initial release, I suggest hiring a contractor. This would be a very small job and wouldn't be expensive at all.

what type of DB? dreamweaver has all the built in functionailty to connect ASP to any db so long as odbc is enabled on the host.
Just create a site, create an application connection to the DB, setup a few queries and bam your ready to drag and drop fields onto a page
