Former SC State Republican leader sacrifices dog...because he is Jesus, naturally

While GOP lawmakers are still in a tizzy over Ocasio-Cortez and the impending socialist doom, just another example of the crazy in their own backyard going unchecked.

Todd Kincannon, a former lawyer, told officers that he had to “sacrifice” his mother’s dog because he is “the second coming of Christ” and God told him to do so, going on to say that Jesus needs a sacrifice and blood must be spilled every 1,000 years, according to a police report.

Best legal defense ever:

“I’m Jesus, I’m not making it up. I have a sign. I’m about to get crucified in the media,” he told officers, according to the report. “The reason I killed the dog is this, it’s real simple . . . I’m sorry, I think y’all are going to have to take me to the Psych Institution, I get that. But I’ll tell you from a legal standpoint you know, it’s in the State Constitution that God is sovereign and I honestly think he told me to do it.”

Title changed to reflect reality - not that it makes Kincannon's behavior any more palatable.

*Former* appears he left of was kicked out in 2010
True...and some quick google and wiki searching shows he may have only held his executive director position for 3 months before resigning (was a counsel and parliamentarian before that but those are volunteer positions.)

Some context on who he is and what his state party thinks of him: https://www.thedailybeast.com/south-carolina-republicans-distance-themselves-from-todd-kincannon

Hmm...saying shitty things about war vets? Blatant misogyny? Thinly-veiled racism? Damn, it's a good thing the party took care of all that back in 2013 before it could fester...

“Todd is entertainment,” Folks said, “and whether you agree with the entertainment or not, a lot of people are watching”—much to the chagrin of the party establishment.

Another typical day in Trumpworld.

Donny will probably pardon him.

This guy is a nut case. I never told him to kill a dog. There will be no second coming until I can find an 18 year old virgin in the South.

Was that guy actually Keanu Reeves?
And was that knife actually the spear of destiny?
- Asking for a friend... (a friend may or may not be some A. Jones. *wink*, he is banned from the internet so he cant ask himself...)
