I really wouldn't think we'd need an FBI agent to tell us that '24' is not a documentary. The guy makes some very interesting points, and it lends some credibility to the argument since he's a former FBI interrogator, but realistically, this has all been said before. Quite honestly, I'm not entirely sure why the idea that we need to waterboard prisoners is still such a popular concept, except maybe for reasons that have very little to do with ethical standards or national security.

Interesting he says no such thing as ticking timebomb. I am against torture and have said before it's an academic question with little relevance on reality in most situations. What would be done in a once-in-a-lifetime extreme scenario should not be used as a regular matter of course.

I think some people do need to hear it.
