hmm.. That's tricky.. =) Try fdisk. Go to a Win98 and create a bootup disk with fdisk on it. I think fdisk should allow you to delete the Win2k partition. I haven't used fdisk for a while, so I could be wrong. I just use pqmagic
edit: Since you're using NTFS, when you boot from the Win98 disk, don't try formating
