I didn't have the upgrade version of Win '98 2nd ed. So I ran FDISK to delete the primary partition and when I restarted the computer I GOT THIS SCREEN:
ET- 00:00:22
ID- 268
CE- 0000
BU- 0000
AA- 0004AC634AE6
AL- 000001E6E6F1F8C3C240
BL- SK7.00
RM- C800
OP- 0011 16 "Why is this Line flasing?"

RQ-
SF-
SN-
So I booted the computer up with Boot disk and I GOT A SCREEN: Win '98 has detected that drive C does not contain a valid FAT or FAT32 partition. There are several possible causes.

I wonder if this problem is related to the error code OP- 0011 16 if it is I would assume the hard disk is using third-party disk partitioning software. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT OP-0011 16 Someone please help I'm stuck.

EASY you have to create a new partition after you delete it. The partition is where the info is kept hence you need one to run your info. Make a new one then format :)
