Formatting 2nd SCSI drive...

I just purchased a 2nd Cheetah 15K for my system and it looks like it is unformatted...

BIOS shows it properly, Device Manager shows it properly, but under My Computer it is not there. It shows the C: Drive but no D: Drive

Device manager says it is not initialized, has capacity 70002, 70002 unallocated space, 0 reserved space and partition style not applicable.

C: drive is SCSI ID 0, This one is SCSI ID 1

C: Drive has Windows XP Pro SP2 Installed on it...

How do I format it...
