Format Win2k with NTFS ???

Ok, this has been buggin me all day now.
Is there someone out there that can help me format my Windows 2000 (Adv serv) on a NTFS partition ??
 
Have you tried Partition Magic?? I am pretty sure you can format a Win2k AS to NTFS. Or you could reformat and reinstall and at setup tell it to format to NTFS. Just a thought.

Thanks neways.
I am sooo damn stupid. I've found another way just then.
It just popped in my head that I should just chuck in the win2k CD and do a CD-ROM boot and erase everything in there.
