Format PC, install drivers, then reset to setup screen?

Hi, like I said I'm selling my PC on eBay. From my experience with eBay, its always worth making little efforts which make things go smoothly. Therefore my plan was to completely format the hard drive, reinstall windows, and then leave it at the setup screen, so the buyer can enter his details etc...

However then I realised all the drivers which need installing, which I may not be able to trust the buyer with (he/she might mess it up then come whinging to me). Is there anyway of reinstalling windows, going on to it, installing all the relevant drivers, then returning it to the orginal setup screen? (ie where you enter your name, preferences etc...)

Thanks in advance for any help!

DBAN first! Format is not enough, so wipe it.

Sysprep... You can build the machine and get it completely setup. If you then do a reseal with a basic inf, it will ask for all of the setup info. If you are confused, try it as you can run it again when you are finished 'testing' it with the same results (it just bumps a counter on how many times sysprep has been run).
